Unable to access PC

    I am new of Paralles Access. I took a trial and installed the software on Win PC. I was never able to remotely access PC via Edge or Chrome browsers. Logins were successful on both host and client PC, when I try to remote access the PC via browser, it tries with message "Connecting" and nothing happens. The name of my pc appears as available and that's it. I tried all possible ways, re-installed, used another machine, other network, uninstalled antivirus etc. Nothing worked.

    And on top of all, the support from Parallel is incompetent. They have no idea what is the issue whats going on.

    Any help or possible resolution is much appreciated.
