Unable to activate corporate key for Parrallels 13 for Mac.

Hello,
I have a corporate key provided for me to use for our new Mac Mini to have parrallels running. But when I attempt to activate this corporate key it states I have reached the activation limit. I attempted a remedy provided by executing sudo rm-rf/Library/Preferences/Parallels/licenses.xml and it did not help. Just wondering if anyone can PM me for more assistance.
