Hello, I purchased Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition (1 Year) in October but it stopped working. When I tried to re-activate it on Windows, an error message said "Some of these characters can't appear in the product key". I've also tried to register the license key to my Parallels account but it said "This license key is already registered in a different account". Does it mean someone else is using my key? Please advise how to fix both issues above. Thanks.
