I am getting this message when I attempt to activate Parallels version 11: "You have reached the maximum number of activations available for your activation key (http://www.parallels.com/eula). Please purchase a new product license." I do not have an active subscription on any other computer. When I attempt to file a support case, I get "wrong support code."
