I deleted the parallels v17 installation from my laptop. I want to install it on my new Mac mini. Activation denied because license limit reached. Please let me reactivate on new Mac!
Note - I origianlly had v17 on a M1 macbook. When I moved everything over to the new M2 macbook, the transfer tool from Apple moved V17 as well. When I started it I got the warning about it possibly not working as well on the M2 Silicon. But I had NO problems using it. As mentioned above, I have already removed V17 from the laptop. I now want to activate it on the Mac Mini. It is currently not activated on ANY other computers! This should NOT be this difficult! I have bought several new licenses over the years and see no reason to need to buy yet another one.
Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We can see that your Parallels Desktop 17 has been activated on a Mac with OS version 14.0 (Sonoma). Was it on this machine the activation needed? Has the issue been fixed? Thanks
Hello The laptop that I previously had activated was at Sonoma 14. It has been removed from that laptop. I want to use it on the Mac Mini that also has Sonoma.
