Unable to connect to remote Mac computer: invalid password

    I have been using Access to remotely connect to my old Mac Pro which is running OSX 10.9.5. Previously I have had no problem connecting to that computer either via Safari browser or on my iPhone using the Access App. The remote Parallels Access app is version 3.2.0. It seems like that the app can't be updated further on this OS version.

    Suddenly I am unable to connect to that computer from my home computer using my browser connection. When I try to connect to the computer it fails with a message, "Invalid password". I know the password I enter is valid. It is the same password I use almost every day when I am at that computer's physical location. I have always been able to connect until about 2 weeks ago.

    Oddly, it seems to me, I am able to connect to that computer using the Parallels Access App on my iPhone. It is set up to connect using Face ID. I would appreciate any assistance. Thank you. John
