Unable to create the snapshot: Unable to Open the VM after macOs shut down unexpectedly

Hi guys,

I have a problem opening my windows VM on parallels.

It happened after the computer shut itself off after the battery gone empty.

Any idea how can I solve this....?

Note: this screens appears for a second and after that it closes

Do you have enough hard-disk space available in your Mac HD?

If you have enough hard-disk space and still have issues.
Please follow the steps provided below:
- Try to merge the snapshots as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/9165 ( follow the steps mentioned as 'Advanced Troubleshooting steps')
- Disable Rollback Mode as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/122695
And start the Virtual Machine.
