Unable to finish setup of Windows with wireless keyboard

Alright, I finally managed to install Parallels and created a Typical Virtual Machine. I followed the instructions to a "T" and things were going well. Until I was setting up windows in the VM. I got to the DOS screen where I have to "press F8" to agree to Windows licensing agreement. For some reason, my F8 will not agree. I have a wireless keyboard, but I know Windows recognized it because at the beginning of the setup, I had to "press enter" to setup Windows, and it worked. I even went into system preferences and clicked on the "use all F1, F2 as standard function keys."

Running iMac with Intel duo processor.
