Unable to get this to work - lost a sale. bye bye

After numerous attempts and a waste of approximately 16 hours of my time. Time is money. Parallels has been unsuccessful at transferring my PC images over to the Mac in order to be used. I had been trying a bit each day for the past 10 days. Guidance from the forum have directed me to articles which have not fixed the issues. The trial period has now expired. The program now demands that I make a purchase. Since this thing has been nothing but a time waster and has been so ridden with problems at making simple installation and setup, I now have no intention of buying. When I first started out I was excited about the prospects and was ready to buy as soon as it was installed and had my PC transferred and running in VM. That did not happen, despite an very concerted effort.

With no reasonable means of making a direct contact with Parallels, I am simply done with this and am moving on. It is unfortunate. This looked promising. It just didn't happen.
