Unable to increase RAM using Parallels 12, Win 8

    Hi there,
    I'm trying to upgrade to Win10 from Win8, but the MS config tool won't allow the upgrade because RAM is configured too low. Currently it's at 1G, and I'd like to set it at 2G. The control center does not allow this. The window comes up, but doesn't activate the control. It's grayed out.

    How do I increase the RAM of this vm?

    Hi JamesP11, please set what happens when you open Parallels Desktop as describe in this article and then you will be able to resize the RAM allocated for Windows virtual machine.
