After I updated to the newest paralells build (5000 something) it told me to reinstal paralells tools. So first I uninstalled paralells tools from windows add remove program menu and deleted any other trace of the program. When I tried to reinstall paralells tools no promt screen displayed and it did nothing. When I selected actions from the paralells menu I saw that there was a select to cancel parallels installation. This is to show that I pressed the install button but nothing was being installed. I am using a boot camp partition with paralells so I don't know if this might be the problem. Thanks,

Stacey, I looked at the article and was unable to find any help to overcome this problem. Looks like the person in that forum is having the exact same problem as me. No paralells instal disc appeared in my computer after I clicked instal paralells tools and waited a bit. Coherence mode also doesn't work at all. Seems the best way to go is to use the native paralells VM. Up to know I have not read on a simple sollution to use the paralells transporter to transport all my data to VM. Please advise thanks.
