Hi, Hope someone can help me with this problem

I recently purchased a new mac and at the time decided to do a clean install of Windows XP using Parallels. It wouldn't work, the installation failed attempting to load XP ( It was my own genuine windows xp disc).

Today I received my new Windows 7 disc and it does the exact same thing. I run through the assistant, create the VM but when it tries to install Windows 7 from my disc I get a fatal error.

When I bought my machine, a Mac Pro, and loaded up all my software I decided to move my home folder to another drive (to give me more drive space).

Is it possible this is the issue?

I'm running the latest version of Parallels.

Figured it out. Just had to nominate the other drive as the location for guest OS. Now have Windows XP and 7 running.
