    Hello
I have a MacBook Air M1 and have installed parallels to be able to use my audiometer for work. It is basically a medical screening device which connects to the laptop by USB. The audiometer works fine on Windows OS and bootcamp on previous versions of MacBook. I am able to see the audiometer with an exclamation mark in device manager but I cannot seem to install the drivers which is found on a USB. Whenever I try to install, it says drivers cannot be found.
The device works well on windows 10. The audiometer does not work on Mac OS but only on windows. The audiometer company assured me that the latest drivers have been provided and it is not coming from the audiometer end. Kindly assist please. Thank you.
