Dear support, I had a problem with coherence. I can switch to coherence mode but unable to launch windows application on native mac environment. Nothing happens every time I click "Windows Start Menu" & any windows apps. I had contacted support's team via messenger & tried all below solutions: 1. Restart my guest OS (Windows 7 Pro) 2. Restart my Mac OS 3. http://kb.parallels.com/113414 4. http://kb.parallels.com/112609 5. Reinstall Parallel for Mac & reinstall guest OS None of the above solutions work for me. Really appreciate someone to help me troubleshoot this problem. Thanks
