Hello, I have been trying to manage my subscription on the website and everything was working except for when I clicked on "Manage my Subscription". It would just spin forever and never go to any page. Suspiciously, the rest of the website seems to be working fine. And now today I have been charged with another annual renewal. How am I supposed to cancel my subscription and how can I get a refund for the auto-renewal that I was unable to cancel because of the faulty website? Thanks.
