Unable to reinstall parallels desktop 8 on mac 10.8 retina

    I had some issue with my mac. now I cant reinstall the software. used this link to uninstall Parallel. http://kb.parallels.com/en/114624

    now it wont reinstall. it just bring up mount the drive and doesnt do anything else.
