Unable to renew subscription - Urgent

Hello
I was prompted to renew my subscription, so I went on the account, updated my payment details, but when I go to click renew it tells me thanks and to wait one hour to get charged once it is processed. I tried this on Monday and nothing happened, and am trying again today with no luck as well. If this could be looked into or if some user knows why this is happening that would be great. I need this software to work.
