For the past few days I've been getting a message reminding me that my subscription was about to expire. I tried turning on Auto-Renew and every time I got the spinning circle on the page, but when it re-loaded Auto-Renew was still set to OFF. Then I tried directly renewing my subscription. After I paid I got the following message: Renewing Subscription Online Your subscription renewal request has been queued and will be processed as soon as possible. If you have chosen PayPal or Wire transfer as your payment option, make sure to complete the transaction. Your subscription will be updated automatically once the payment has been received. I waited, checked and the product still shows as expired. My credit card company showed no record of a pending charge. Ive now tried this a few days in a row and was never able to renew. I figured maybe I had to wait until the subscription expired. Today it shows as expired and I'm still getting the same message and the payment still doesn't seem to be going through. I've tried both my cc and Paypal with the same results. The credit card is otherwise processing charges and I haven't gotten a message saying they're rejecting the Parallels charge. Help! I know I have a grace period, but I rely on Parallels for my day to day business and I can't afford for it to stop working entirely.
