Maclook is enabled. (problem doesn't exist with Maclook disabled) I can't resize any outlook message window. I can resize applications, and I can resize outlook, but I can't resize any message window. There is no resize icon in the corner, the pointer doesn't change to arrows. I can maximize, and restore, snap to one side or the other, I just can't resize. OSX 10.8.3 parallels Build 7.0.15107 Windows 7 Office 2010
