The app I was running in my Windows 10 .pvm froze. Everything locked up in the .pvm. No control via mouse or keyboard. So, I did a hard shut down of my Mac (Monterey). Unable to return to my .pvm via Parallels. Since I back up everything regularly, I tried overwriting the frozen .pvm with ny last back up. Every effort unsuccessful in restarting [the error message is: "There is no operating system installed on this virtual machine." The message directed me to push "Enter" for instructions. That directed me to open Parallels tools and "Reset" -- however, "Reset" was dimmed out in P Tools menu. I've tried about everything I can think of several times over. Will appreciate help.
