Unable to resume

    Just started it happening. When i clicked on resume Parallels froze. I have rebooted and checked everything i can. IT freezes and i can not get into Parallels. I am using 4.0 Build 4.0.3844. I have been using Parallels for over a year without any problems until now. Any help would be apreciated

    Hello,

    I would request you to perform below steps:

    1. Click on the below link to download the DMG file of latest update of Parallels:

    http://download.parallels.com/deskt...lsDesktop-parallels-en_US-4.0.3844.408728.dmg

    2. After downloading the DMG file, open it and choose uninstall and make sure to select "Application Settings" while uninstalling.

    3. Then open the same DMG file and choose install.

    4. Launch Parallels Desktop and start Windows.

    5. Uninstall Parallels Tools from add or remove programs(start menu/control panel), after uninstalling, restart Windows.

    6. Install Parallels Tools from virtual machine tab on top menu bar.
