Hi, I'm using Parallels Desktop 4.0. After running a regular upgrade on my Mac, I am unable to start virtual machine. When I click the start button on my Parallels desktop, I get : "Unable to load Parallels driver. Restart your Mac and try again." When I click OK, I get : "Unable to start the virtual machine. An unexpected error occurred while starting the virtual machine. Contact the Parallels support team for assistance." I've read several old threads about similar problem, but none of what is explained has worked so far. I'm worried about the documents I have saved on Parallels. I've tried to access them through Finder>Applications>Software>Parallels (red folder)>Parallels explorer, but I get the following message : "Unable to find Parallels SDK Library" I really need some help with this. I'm really not an expert and I had very important documents I can't access anymore. Help me please !
