Hi everybody, I've installed parallels desktop 4 now and tried to run the boot camp partitition. Under version 3 everything worked without problems, now with version 4 the upgrading stops after only 2min of updating (only the beginning of step 1 of 4 update) and then i get the message to perform the updating manually. After that a black window with hal.dll comes up. I already replaced the hal.dll file in the system32 directory of my win xp partitition, and it still doesn't work. I've also tried to start windows normally without the parallels settings and it worked fine till the disk scanning windows had to perform. After the scanning was done and the results were shown, the only thing left was the freeze frame with the results.... what should i do? I can't delete the actual win xp and install a new one, there's just too much important files and programms on there... thanks in advance
