I had to reinstall Parallels on my Mac after having repairs done. I have a current license for Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition, but am getting an error message - "Unable to perform this operation: This license key is associated with another Parallels account. Please sign in using this account and try again." even after selecting Activate on this Mac. How can I get this resolved?
