Unable to Transfer License from Old Mac to New Mac

    Hi

    I recently upgraded my Mac. I have an active Parallels license that I installed in my old Mac. When I try to transfer the license from my Old Mac to the new Mac, I get the below error

    I am not sure which account the license is attached to because I am using the same account I used in my old Mac on the new Mac.

    Please help me transfer the license.
