Unable to update Parallels

    When trying to update Parallels 8, I get this message:

    To continue the installation, quit the following applications:

    Parallels Virtual Machine

    All my VMs are turned off. I only opened Parallels to select the update option and when I do, I get this error message. If I close Parallels, the update doesn't continue...
