I'm trying to use an existing license for an older version of Parallels. I'm unable to de activate the license from the original computer because the computer failed. I select the option to use "Use registered keys" when I run parallels. It sees my license and lets me select it but it says it's already in use when I attempt to activate. I see no options to de activate when I log into my account online. I've had a horrible experience with Parallels support team. It seems they only offer support via FaceBook or Twitter and I had to send repeated requests and complain about them publicly to get a response. I see others posting about having the same experience. I finally got a generic response to uninstall and reinstall Parallels. Of course I get the same error when I do so. It seems someone from Parallels needs to release my license from their end. Does anyone have any suggestions about getting someone from Parallels to actually address my issue? Any feedback is appreciated, thanks!
