Unable to view Mac files in Windows 8.1?

Can anyone help me out? I am undable to view any of my Mac files while I am using my parallel (non-bootcamp partition) of Windows 8.1. I have checked all the appropriate settings for sharing in the parallels preferences. I am running Parallels 9 if that helps. In Windows 8.1 itself, I am unable to view any hard drive that allows me access to my Mac. I have tried to take a screen shot. Would appreciate any help.

Local Disk in Windows 8.1 does not bring up any of my Mac files. There is also nothing in network.

 

(Re)install Parallels Tools.
