Hey, i'm trying to install Windows in the trial-version for a new iMac. Installation is fine, but when the installation-assist is trying to login (in Windows), it failed. First message: Guest-user is deactivated -> so that's not true. The main account on iMac is "admin" with a simply password. When I try to login the admin-account in windows (username and password), windows says, that this combination is failed. But it's the right Login for iMac. I also configurated 4 other iMacs in our factory without issues. Can someone help me?
Is it possible to login as an admin? Did you use same password for Windows and Mac? Maybe you have created different password for your Windows? Could you try your Microsoft account credentials to login please?
yes, I also tried with admin account. Is it possible to create a new microsoft account in these login?
Okay, so the installation is finished, but the login does not work. on the other iMacs the system (parallels) is logging in automatically and I don't have to put in a password. But here I dont know, what's the problem is. I also tried the username from iMac with iMac-Passwort, the same with "Gast"...
I have not create a windows-account yet. But this step, I didn't do before with the other devices. So no, no other windows virtual machine.
Hello, please sorry for the delay in response. Did you try to contact Microsoft Support to resolve this issue?
