Unexpected Error

    When I try to open any of my Windows guest systems, I am shown the following message:

    [​IMG]

    I can hit "ok" and the system will boot normally, but I can't figure out why this started happening. It happens in XP and Vista, although the error in Vista is different.

    Any idea's on what is causing this and how I can fix it?
