Solved the problem, next steps were taken:
In order to troubleshoot the issue we suggested you to perform the below mentioned steps:
1. To check the network adapter in the Device Manager Menu in your Windows virtual machine. To open the Device Manager, please follow steps below:
- Go to Control Panel, click System and Maintenance, and then choose the Device Manager.
- Find and expand the network adapters in the Device Manager. If there are no network adapters or they have an exclamation or question mark on them, and provided following Knowledge Base article and complete the following instructions:

2. Since the issue persisted, we initiated remote session.
3. Form Virtual Machine option on the Mac menu bar menu > Configure > Hardware > Network 1 and found that for this network adapter the Connected check-box is marked.
4. Additionally, clicked "-_ to remove and then "+" sign at the bottom to remove/add a new adapter. Complete the creation wizard.
5. Rebooted Windows Virtual Machine.
6. This helped to resolve the issue.
