I have just upgraded to Parallels Desktop 9. How do I uninstall, remove the old profile and reinstall on MacBook Pro. The Mac was previously used for work at a company I'm no longer working for and an IT support engineer has messed with settings (that I no longer need) which has resulted in me not being able to even log on properly. The C drive has also reached its capacity again with settings, information and profiles I no longer require. Please help
