uninstall server

I can't reinstall desktop 3.0. everytime I try I get the "please uninstall the parallels server and try again" Can't be done!!! Now I get the following box:


So what do I do to reinstall now????????

 

Have you tried complete reinstall as per following article?

Yep. and it did nothing. Still get the message.
