Uninstallation

I have bought Parallels 5. I have tried to uninstall it a number of times using the uninstaller (successfully) because it is freezing. But it still freezes every time. I think I need to uninstall the partition and all the Windows OS files. How do I uninstall the partition and files?

 

What freezes? When does it freeze? Are you reinstalling Parallels Desktop 5 after you uninstall it? Is it just Parallels Desktop that freezes or the entire computer? What does the freeze look like? Can you post a screen shot?

I don't think you do not need to uninstall the partition and the Windows OS files. Do you want to remove the virtual machines? They are usually stored at ~/Documents/Parallels or /Users/Shared/Parallels in .pvm files. If you delete the .pvm files then you loose all the data they contained (your documents and program files, etc.)
