Universal Print Error on Word Mail Merge Documents

I have been upgrading a group of users from 2X appserver 3.7 to v5 and the client upgrade has gone ok, but I have come across a very big problem when trying to print Microsoft Word mail merge document. The first error comes up as a C++ Runtime error after you select print to the 2X Universal Printer, but before it gets to the stage of bringing up the selection of a local printer or before the tmp.pdf file comes up. I have tried this from multiple systems that have the v5 appserver client with the same results. Documents created directly in word that are not mail merge saved documents print just fine through the universal printer. Has anyone else seen this or have had problems with other types of documents?

Thanks for the download (275). I have updated both the client and the server as a test and I still get the error on all mail merge documents. I have sent the newest (3rd) screen print error to Support. I have tried this from 2 different appservers on a variety of mail merge documents. Any thoughts.

How come I can't get support to even say we are still looking at this. I have sent emails to support for LZU-94193-213 for the past three weeks with no reply after I had sent the problem file to them. What should I do next?
