Hi, I am a new user with 2x platform. A customer is looking for printing functionality under a linux platform. I read some topics under this matter, but nobody have a positive answer. I have installed 2x linux client, the applications is running smoothly, but when I tried to print at the local printer I got a message that said, the client is not supported. Do you know about a date to bring to us this functionality? What about the road map for the linux client? Thanks in advance, Julio
Hi jbonilla, in order to help you please provide a few more details about your settings, which products you use on the server side and what licenses you have. E.g., not each license/Supplier Part Number has a universal printer driver included.
2X Universal Printer is not supported by the linus client. You need to redirect your printers using the standard RDP way (your printer will be called HP whatever from machine xxxx in session 100)
