I have received a 30 Day renewal reminder when I was unaware I had a subscription. Is this a legitimate email? Or is this a spoofed phishing attempt to get my account credentials? I can confirm that I do not have have an active subscription. Please Advise why I am receiving these "reminders". I have no use for the software and would like my account to be cancelled so that any auto renewals are also cancelled.
