Update 10.2.1 -29006 Will not install

When I try to install this update after a second or so the Parallels icon disappears and nothing more happens. Seems like something is interfering with initiating the update. Any suggestion on how to correct?

To remove the previous build of Parallels Desktop, please refer to this article, http://kb.parallels.com/122653

Note: Un-installing and re-installing Parallels Desktop will not affect your Virtual Machine
