Update to P11 from P7 not working

    Hi everybody,

    I recently online updated my Parallels 7 to Parallels 11 (on Mac OS X El Capitain). In order to complete the installation I had to first enter the code that was sent to me via Email, which worked fine. Afterwards I was prompted to enter the code from my previous version, which I then copied out of my account information on parallels.com. But I only get the option to "test" or "buy", even though I have paid and bought the Parallels 11 version. So I have bought the full Parallels 11 but it just won't activate. I urgently need your help because my test version (which I HAD to use in order to work my windows based softwares) is running out TODAY and I will not be able to use my Parallels anymore, even though I have bought it. I tried today again and the only options I get are "BUY". Maybe I am doing something wrong...?
