    Hi All,
I updated my MacBook Pro M3 Last week and now my Windows 11 Pro VM has an extremely slow network. this is the same if on my home network, or office network.

at home home I have wired 2.5gb connection to my router and a 1GBPS internet connection, at work there is full commercial setup.
I have Watchgaurd EDPR installed on both the MacBook and Windows VM as this is a requirement of my workplace. Parallels is also up to date.

I have managed to work by switching from a shared network connection to Bridged but this has only worked twice, I have now logged back in and trying both Shared & Bridged (Wifi & wired at home) but nothing is working.

is it likely to be an issue with Parallels or is it more likely EDPR?

Same issue here. Hoping for a solution!
I am currently running Parallels 20.0.1 on my MacBook Pro running macOS Sequoia 15. When I perform a Speedtest on my MacBook it registers 325 Mbps. When I run my Windows 10 VM and run the same Speedtest within Windows VM, it registers 2 Mbps. Any suggestions on how to improve this? I've tried several of the existing recommendations on the Parallels Knowledgebase, but none have proved effective.
