Upgradation problem regarding parallel desktop 12

i just bought parallel desktop 12. unfortunately i wasn't aware of the fact that parallel desktop 12 can only b upgraded from version 10 onwards. my previous version was 9 . i have paid 49 dollars and its useless only offering me free 14 days trial and since i don't know d key for my older 9 version. plz guide me.

Hi i have exactly the same problem as i was also unaware that you cannot upgrade to 12 from version 9. Is it possible to arrange a refund for the upgrade products bought in order to purchase the correct product.
