Upgrade 3.0 to 4.0 questions

Hi Folks,

I just upgraded from 3.0 to 4.0 with no apparent problems as yet, but I have a couple of questions for some of you experienced members.

In version 3.0 when quitting my VM, Parallels used to do a complete quit and shutdown, now in 4.0 it shuts down my VM, but then stays open until I do a file/quit or command-Q entry. Is this now normal for the 4.0 version?

In addition, can I now configure 4.0 to use more than one processor, if I am using Win XP Home as my Guest OS? I am running Mac OS 10.5.8 about to upgrade to Snow Leopard on a Mac Pro with (2) two dual core processors onboard and 5Gig of system memory.
