In december 2009 I bought Parallels 4 with the option to upgrade to version 5. Since 2010 I used parallels 5. Today I bought the upgrade to version 7 but cannot activate this. Using the old activation key, the activation fails. I think it is because the activation key was for parallels 4, but i upgraded from 5 to 7. how can this be solved? thx
