Upgrade at China price for English version?

    I'm Chinese. I purchased the English version of Parallels Desktop at $86.98 two years ago. I upgraded to Mountain Lion recently and have to upgrade to PD7. I found that users can upgrade to PD7 from PD6 at RMD $99 in China. Can I upgrade in that way?
