I have an old v12 Pro permanent license. I now need to upgrade to a v20 Pro subscription. I paid £41.24 for this but it now says I have to pay an additional £99.99 to upgrade. Why? I could just have got a new subscription to v20 for £74.99.
Sorry, I've worked it out now. Even though the screen said I needed to pay £99.99 to upgrade to Pro, when I ignored that and entered the activation key anyway, it worked. All is OK now.
