Hello, first I would like to apologize for my bad english ... I've been using Parallels 10 so far and have received an email with an upgrade to Parallels 13 for 49,99. On the homepage, however, the upgrade is only valid from Parallels 11 onwards. What is right? Is ist possible to upgrade from Parallels 10?
Hi @PatrickS11 , It is not possible to upgrade to Parallels Desktop 13 from version 10. The only versions eligible for the upgrade to version 13 is version 12 and 11. Thanks Alfena
