I've been using Parallels 8 for a while now, and just downloaded and started using Parallels 10 trial over the last couple of days (so I could use Windows 10). After successfully installing and getting that working, I decided to pay for the upgrade. However, clicking on the 'buy' button in 10, I've realised you've now released version 11 as of today, and I can no longer upgrade (version 9 is the minimum). Is there something that can be done about this, or did I miss the boat?
