Upgrade from VMWare clean install?

    Perform clean install with VMWare "upgrade" media/key?

    I apologize in advance if I missed the answer somewhere, but if I purchase an upgrade from VMWare am I able to perform a clean install of Parallels without importing the install from VMWare?

    Sure - there is no condition about what you should use - you can install clear virtual machine with Parallels Desktop
