Horrible time trying to get up and running !!!

Working under 3.0 (Mac) running win 2000 and Win XP.
Internet connections were the only issue.
THought that maybe upgrading to 4.0 would make it easier to solve internet access issues.

Now cannot run or install any new VM period.
OVer an hour on the Phone with Tech support and nothing they suggested helped.

Unistalled and re-installed three times with no difference.

Tried to install a new VM from scratch but the automated scripting only allows access to a image CD and not a Real CD drive. The Real option is greyed out. Tried changing the options list and it is set to real already. but no changes.
Skipped this went on with install. FInally get to the point where you select a name and location.
Location shows up as invalid no matter where I make it. Tried differetn HD and folders but it still does not recognize it.
Before all this I converted the original VM and when I tried to run them nothing would happen and they would hang with the screen the same as before I tried to start the application (black/grey background with the windows name )

I am amazed that there are not more flaming threads on this forum regarding the upgrade process !!

Using 3Ghz Quad Core Mac Pro.
    8Gb Ram
    Latest OS version
    4 Hard Drives Tb+

Pretty unusual.. Could you please submit a problem ticket in our support queue and put here its ID, so we could probably establish a remote session and see what is the matter right on your Mac?

No one has tried to contact me regarding this .
I was refunded but I would rather have the software work so if there is a way we can hook up and walk through this with an expert that would be great.

I do not want to walk through this with a first line tech support for another 2 hours though.
