I upgraded from Parallels 3 to 4 on my MacBook Pro (OSX 10.5.6.) I am running Windows XP as the guest OS. Since upgrading: - I can't put Parallels into coherence mode. I can only run Windows in a window - Kaspersky tools have not installed. - I have set up two shared folders to be mapped to drive letters. Neither appears in Windows, not in My Computer, not when I open the Parallels Shared folders icon on the Windows desktop. I suspect that the update didn't complete. A Parallels support person said to: * Locate the update file in your default download file location. * Double-click the update file. * Click Install, and follow the installation assistant. There is nothing in my downloads folder that looks anything like a Parallels update file. What now?
